Accumulator Type Plastic Blow Molding Machine (LCENS)

LCENS Series accumulator blow molding machine is specially design for large product manufacture, the machine is suitable for automotive parts, water canister, plastic chemical drum production.
We provide different model of LCENS Series accumulator blow molding machine, such as LCENS-800, LCENS-1000, LCENS-1200 and LCENS-1400, and the power saving system, bottom blow device, top parison sealing device and robot take out device are optional equipment to customer.

LCENS Series- Design for big size products, such as: automotive parts, hospital bed, mobile toilet…etc. Taking out by robot is optional.

1. With big mold template and big space for die head tooling replacement, is suitable for large size production.
2. Driven by hydraulic and pneumatic systems, stable and easy for maintenance.
3. Re-designed extrusion seat adjustment device makes it easier to slightly adjust the position of the die head.
4. Supporting upper blowing, side blowing, and optional for bottom blowing device, parison stretch device, parison sealing device, mold temperature control system, hydraulic auxiliary mold, pneumatic auxiliary mold, to satisfy the various requirements of products.
5. Optional for robot take out device, resin auto loader, automatic material recycle system, to reach the goal of comprehensive automation.
6. Automatic alarm system and photoelectric cell protection system make sure the machine will not be damaged by improper operation. And the most important is to ensure the safety of the operators.
