Injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce plastic parts and products, including children's toys. In this process, a plastic resin is heated and injected into a mold under high pressure, where it cools and solidifies into the desired shape. Injection molding machines are the machines used to perform the injection molding process.

This is a project for making plastic puzzles for children toys. The customer is a new comer for making plastic items, we trained them from the beginning till end, and they are successful in the local market to produce the children puzzles, and then to extend more items to cover the market demanded.

We provided them the injection molding machine for producing many kind of products, included for Amharic Alphabet letters mold, Arabic number mold and Puzzle moulds molds. Moreover, they are buying the equipments to extend their toys items. Nowadays, their puzzles brand are one of the famous toys in the markets.
