We provided the turn key project to our Dominican customers, they are specialized for salt supplier in local area. The project started from producing salt bottles(4 & 8 oz) and outer/inner cap until filling/ packing. Therefore they purchased the blow molding machine produce 4 and 8 ounces bottles for the salts, and injection machine to produce the inner/outer cap for bottles. Moreover, we supplied them the Salt automatic filling and capping line to replace the labors work to increase production capacity.

By our expert recommended the Auger filling machine can turn the dry powder products into micro powder with a light density and fine texture by filling into the bottles. The dose of weight is more précised. The powder packaging system can significantly reduce dust emission problem during the packaging process as the sealing mechanism by air operated able to ensure smooth appearance of product without pin-hole problem that assures superior tightness of sealing. And the capping operation system is performed by intermittent star-shape wheel for highly accuracy. All caps are orientated by vibration machine, providing automatic cap unloading. Fully automatic line to save cost for the customer who feel very satisfy.
